The role of the Online Account Manager is to engage with our clients and to assist them with the onboarding - Billing, order management and communications. Overall, you're delivering a great experience and assisting our partners in their daily tasks in an effort to strengthen our relationship.
Offer support on 3rd party presence points (such as forums & niched communities)
Improve and create patterns and processes to streamline the interaction and communication
Help develop the product with valuable input gathered
Work smart: find new ways to spend less time on various repetitive tasks, hack your way to making clients and you smile with confidence

Relationship & hierarchy:
Based on your experience you will report to our Sales Manager and will work on a team of like-minded individuals.
Coordinate with the Support and Development department to improve the product, services and find come up with the best solutions for our clients.
Experience in Account Management and Service Orientation (at least one year)
Excellent at prioritizing, time management and serious follow-through skills
Strong team player and decent networking skills
Self-starter with a positive “yes, can do” attitude
Making good timely decisions in relatively complex cases and in situations with uncertainty or pressure
Strong English communication skills, both written & verbal
Nice to have, but not mandatory:
Additional languages are most welcomed
Project or Product Management experience
Having worked as an Account Manager or Community Manager
